Introducing the Juniper Speaker Series
Thoughtful conversations.
Trusted expertise.
A new way to learn with Juniper.
At Juniper, we believe meaningful care begins with meaningful education. The treatments we offer are only one part of the patient experience. The other is understanding — understanding your options, your body, and the evolving science behind the care you choose. That belief is what inspired the launch of the Juniper Speaker Series, a new ongoing event series designed to bring respected experts, clinicians, and knowledgeable guest speakers into conversation with our community.
This series is an extension of what Juniper stands for: refined, thoughtful care rooted in substance. Our goal is to create a space where patients can engage with important topics in a way that feels approachable, elevated, and genuinely worthwhile. We want Juniper to be more than a place where treatment happens. We want it to be a place where meaningful learning happens too.
A New Ongoing Educational Series at Juniper
The Juniper Speaker Series is designed to become a regular part of our calendar, featuring a rotating lineup of industry experts and guest speakers across aesthetics, wellness, women’s health, regenerative medicine, skincare, hormones, and beyond. Each event will be centered on thoughtful education, practical insight, and open conversation around topics that matter deeply to how people feel, function, and care for themselves.
In a space that can often feel noisy, trend-driven, or oversimplified, our intention is to offer something more grounded. We want these gatherings to feel clear, informative, and beautifully curated — an opportunity for our patients and community to hear directly from trusted voices with real depth of knowledge and experience.
Our First Featured Guest: Dr. Dan Zatarski
We are honored to begin the series with Dr. Daniel Zatarski, PharmD, RPh, who will join us for our inaugural event on Wednesday, April 22 at 5:00 PM CST.
Dr. Zatarski is a Doctor of Pharmacy graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a leading compounding pharmacist specializing in hormone optimization, thyroid therapy, and low-dose naltrexone (LDN). As Pharmacy Manager at MD Custom Rx, he collaborates with healthcare providers nationwide to design advanced, patient-specific treatment protocols for complex hormonal and metabolic conditions.
He is also recognized for his clinical expertise in the research and application of repurposed medications, including methylene blue and metformin, to support mitochondrial function, cognitive performance, and longevity. Dr. Zatarski is known for bridging cutting-edge science with real-world clinical practice, translating complex information into clear, evidence-based guidance that helps both providers and patients make more informed decisions.
Our First Event: A More Informed Conversation About BHRT
For our first event, Dr. Zatarski will lead a conversation focused on bioidentical hormone therapy and its role in supporting women through menopause and perimenopause.
Hormonal symptoms can affect nearly every part of a woman’s quality of life — from sleep, mood, and energy to weight, cognition, libido, and overall well-being. Yet despite how common these concerns are, many women still find themselves navigating them with incomplete information, outdated assumptions, or limited discussion of the full range of treatment options available.
This seminar is designed to offer a more thoughtful and informed conversation around bioidentical hormone therapy: what it is, how it differs from conventional synthetic hormone therapy, and why this topic continues to generate so much interest among women seeking a more individualized and supportive approach to care.
What Guests Will Learn
This educational evening will explore some of the most important questions surrounding BHRT, including:
What makes bioidentical hormones different from synthetic hormone therapy
The potential benefits of BHRT for menopause and perimenopause symptoms, including hot flashes, mood changes, weight gain, and sleep disruption
Why bioidentical estrogen and progesterone are often discussed as having a more favorable profile than conventional hormone therapy
How custom-compounded BHRT can be tailored to a patient’s unique hormonal needs
What the research says — and why many women still are not introduced to these options as early or as clearly as they could be
Our intention is not to create fear or noise. It is to create clarity. We hope this conversation helps guests better understand their options, ask more informed questions, and feel more confident navigating their care.
Why This Matters to Us
The Juniper Speaker Series reflects something central to our philosophy: education should not be separate from the patient experience. It should be part of it. When patients have access to better information, they are better equipped to make choices that align with their health, goals, and values.
By inviting in knowledgeable, trusted experts, we hope to create a recurring space for that kind of learning — one that feels personal, relevant, and rooted in genuine substance. As the series grows, we look forward to welcoming additional guest speakers who can share insight across a range of meaningful topics and continue building this educational offering into something truly valuable for our community.
