Through rigorous certification in association with the Institute for Functional Medicine, we are proud to bring an alternative means of patient care to our community with an emphasis on holistic modalities, encompassing the entirety of a patient’s health and wellbeing.

At Juniper, we’ve always been focused on delivering results that affected positive changes in our patients’ lives. For years, we’ve perfected our means of patient care focused on bringing about the best in others by helping them feel, look and be beautiful. Through our integrative approach utilizing functional medicine we are able to truly bring the best out in people.

What is the Institute for Functional Medicine?
IFM is the only organization providing functional medicine certification along with educational programs directly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME). Their educational programs are led by a diverse team of educators who bring together the complement of modern scientific tools, including a deep understanding of biology, physiology, genetics, social and environmental determinants of health, and the vital connection between mental and physical well-being. Collectively representing clinical practice, education, and research, each educator has years of experience practicing functional medicine.
Functional Wellness Program

Start your journey to a healthier you. This is simply a no commitment, 30 minute consultation to determine if our functional medicine program is right for you. If you’re a good candidate, and together we believe that our program will benefit your health, wellbeing, longevity and vitality, then we’ll get you enrolled on your way to feeling and looking, but most importantly, being, your best self.

Once enrolled, we can begin our holistic review process that will give deeper insights into your overall health and wellbeing. This 90-minute session allows us to really dive deep and resurface with a detailed picture of how you as an individual function at your best and where we can begin to make improvements that will have the most significant impact on your life.

Equipped with a plan built on a highly personalized and optimized standard of care, we will continually monitor your health and wellness over the course of 6 months, with bi-weekly appointments aimed to assess your progress and make adjustments as needed.

Once provider and patient, as a team, come to the decision that you have achieved the results we were looking for and are operating at your highest potential, we look to maintain all the progress you’ve made thus far and continually find minor improvements with monthly wellness checks. Optimizing your health and wellbeing is a lifelong journey and we’re here with you every step of the way.
$250/visit
Ultimately, our goal with this program is helping our patients remain consistent and stick with the commitments they’ve elected to make to better themselves. Thus, we highly encourage our new patients to sign up as a Juniper Wellness Member, and incentivize the commitment by reducing the cost of our program to ensure it is accessible to all who are willing to engage in the betterment of themselves.
JUNIPER WELLNESS MEMBERSHIP
The minimum membership commitment is 6 months, and includes:
Initial 30-Minute Consultation, FREE
Comprehensive Case Review, $250
6-Month, Comprehensive Case Management, $500/month
Includes two 45-Minute sessions/month
Additional visits will be charged at $300/visit
Post Comprehensive Case Management Continuing Wellness Plan, $200/month
Recurring until patient is satisfied and would like to exit the program
Includes one 30-minute session/month
Additional sessions will be billed at $250/visit
